The production of plastic products should ensure the safe use of additives

in view of this, the inspection and Quarantine Department reminded relevant enterprises: first, actively understand the requirements of foreign standards. At the same time, strengthen the contact with the inspection and quarantine department to obtain the standard information in a timely manner. Second, pay attention to the choice of plastic additives. Products with different uses have certain requirements on the appearance, smell, pollution, etc. of the additives used. Before signing the order, the enterprise should first communicate with foreign customers to clarify the final use of the product, and select plastic additives according to the product use within the framework of the laws and regulations of the importing country, avoid using controversial additives, and actively seek to use safe alternatives. Therefore, it can be used as a reference product for the plastic mold industry. Third, strengthen the management of the use of plastic additives. Enterprises should complete Baumert added: "This is a very wise decision. We should improve the raw material procurement system, establish a stable cooperative relationship with suppliers, establish a restraint mechanism, and prevent the misuse of plastic additives with the help of suppliers' professional knowledge. Fourth, we should strengthen the detection of plastic additives and finished products.
